THE ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM 7/26/06

Neither (Miss) Bolivia, Argentina, or India made the final five and the winner, Miss Puerto Rico and her evening gown - were ONE in perfection with the universe!!! but Miss US A's gown (designed by a reality show "Project Runway" contestant) was so disturbedly at odds to the competition and her body, that my mind's eye heard a siren, flashed by an image of the Apollo's "Sandman" shuffling in, lasso looped with intent to drag her from the stage.
